Although one may argue that convenience is the primary reason that so many people do their shopping online now, I have another theory: people just like getting stuff in the mail. I mean, it’s true, right? Something about getting a big box in the mail makes me feel like a kid again. And if what’s in the box is a surprise? That makes it even more exciting!

The items in each month’s Conscious Box are natural and many are organic too. Each month has a different theme and items included in the box are somehow tied to that theme. I received the November Conscious Box and I was really impressed with it–it was obvious that great care was taken not only in choosing the box’s contents, but even in packing and wrapping it. I’m a huge fan of the fact that Conscious Box is committed to working with green brands, not brands that claim to be green when they’re really not.
